Straight Real Estate Solutions is a top-producing team at Coldwell Banker Realty. We are looking for agents/brokers who are licensed in Mass, NH, Maine, VT, CT, & RI. We would prefer full-time agents, however, we are open to working with part-time agents depending on the agent's availability. The agent must be hard-working, ethical, a good communicator, and available for training which is typically via zoom but can be in person. The team leader provides one-one mentoring and the Coldwell Banker offices provide weekly training.

About Us: Straight Real Estate Solutions was founded by Matt Straight in 2016 in Lunenburg, Ma, and has been serving North Central Massachusetts and greater Massachusetts ever since. In 2017, almost immediately, the team began to grow and many of the first team members are still a huge part of the business today.
